Canadian Firearms Centre CCF SOL 366    P.C. decisions 2003-0555 to 2003-0563 transfers, from the Department of Justice to the Solicitor General of Canada, of the control and supervision of that portion of the public service within the Department of Justice known as the Canadian Firearms Centre, effective April 14, 2003.
P.C. decision 2003-0794, dated May 29, 2003, designates the Canadian Firearms Centre as a Department and the Commisioner of Firearms as "deputy head" for the purposes of that Act and, revoking Order in Council P.C. 2003-560 of April 11. 2003, effective May 30, 2003.

Department of Human Resources and Skills Development CSD CSD 12151    P.C. decisions 2003-2035 to 2003-2045 amends the Schedules of the various Acts by adding the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development, effective December 12, 2003.

P.C. decision 2003-2085 transfers, from the Minister of Public Works and Government Services to the President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, of the control and supervision of the Office of Indian Residential Schools Resolution, effective December 12, 2003.
P.C. decision 2004-0851 transfers the control and supervision of the Office of Indian Rsidentail Schools Resolution of Canada to the Solicitor General of Canada, and directing that he or she shall preside over it, effective July 20, 2004.
