P.C. decision 2000-1805 fixes Tuesday, January 2, 2001, as the day upon which the Canadian Tourism Commission Act (Bill C-5) shall come into force.
Correction to PSEA code (change from code 2 to code 3).
SOR/2004-15 makes TRC Divestiture Regulations requiring changes to the PSSA - not subject effective January 2, 2001. 
Canadian Wheat Board CWB TBD 0   Incorporated in 1935 by the Canadian Wheat Board Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-24); exempt from the provisions of Divisions I to IV of Part X of the FAA; an agent of Her Majesty.
P.C. decision 1997-821 designates the Minister of Natural Resources as appropriate Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board.
Bill C-4 (36/1), as passed by the HoC on February 17, 1998, makes changes to this Board in the areas of corporate governance and operational flexibility. The Board will cease to be agent of her Majesty; however, borrowings will continue to be guaranteed by the federal government. Changes to the Corp. Code from a 1 to a 3.

CWB ceased to be a participating organization under the PSSA effective July 1, 2003.

Fraser River Port Authority FRP MOT 0   Bill C-9 (36/1), as passed by the HoC on December 9, 1997, names the Fraser River Port Authority as part of the list of the initial port authorities.
P.C. decision 1999-0638 directs that letters patent do issue to the Fraser River Port Authority that place limits on its power to borrow money for port purposes on the credit of the Authority.
Royal Assent: June 11, 1998.
P.C. decisions 1999-0647 and 1999-0648 amend the Access to Information Act Heads and Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions designation order by designating the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Fraser River, Prince Rupert, Quebec, Saguenay, Saint John, Sept-Îles, St. John's and Trois-Rivières Port Auhorities as the "head" of these institutions for the purposes of these Acts, efffective May 1, 1999.
Correction to English name. Was entered incorrectly as the "Fraser Valley Port Authority". Also changed the original code of 'FRV' for 'FRP'. 
Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation FFM DFO 0   Incorporated in 1969 by the Freshwater Fish Marketing Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-13); Schedule III, Part I of the FAA; an agent of Her Majesty. 
Great Lakes Pilotage Authority PAG MOT 0   Created in 1972 pursuant to the Pilotage Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. P-14); incorporated under the Canada Corporations Act in May 1972 as a subsidiary of The St. Lawrence Seaway Authority; is deemed to be a parent corporation within the meaning of the FAA and is listed in Schedule III, Part I of that Act; not an agent of Her Majesty.

P.C. decision 1999-0237 order directs that letters patent do issue containing provisions relating to limits on the power of the Halifax Port Authority to borrow money on the credit of the port authority for port purposes.
P.C. decision 1999-0243 amends the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions designating the positions of Chief Executive Officer of the Halifax, Montreal and Vancouver Port Authorities as 'heads' of these institutions for the purposes of this Act, effective March 1, 1999.
