Welcome to the National Library of Canada's Reference and Information Services. We can help you find answers for your questions, assist you in using the Library's collections and in locating information or material from sources outside the National Library, if required.

We offer services in English and French and will respond to your questions within 2, 5 or 10 working days, sometimes faster, depending on their complexity. For more information, see our Reference Policy.
