The Regulations Amending the Charges for Services Provided by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Regulations 2002 came into force on August 13, 2003. These Regulations amend the prior Regulations and reflect the increase in fees that are effective August 13, 2003, and August 13, 2004. The original Regulations and the amended Regulations can be found in the Canada Gazette Part II, Vol. 136, No. 21, SOR/2002-337 and the Canada Gazette Part II, Vol. 137, No. 18, SOR/2003-291 respectively.
Please note that items 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Schedule 2 require GST to be included with the service charge
