The access code printed on the top right of previous years CPP and OAS tax slips will not allow you to access this service this year. If you do not already have a Personal Access Code please apply for your Personal Access Code now. If you stopped the mailing of your tax slips and have not applied for a Personal Access Code by December 15th 2005 your 2005 tax slips will be mailed to you in February 2006.

This online service allows you to view and print copies of your Old Age Security (OAS) and Canada Pension Plan (CPP) tax information slips. You can submit these copies with your Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) tax return. You can also choose to stop receiving your tax slips by mail.

New! This service is now also available to individuals who receive CPP or OAS benefits as a result of a social security agreement with another country.

How we protect your information

There are two main ways that we ensure the security of your transactions:

  1. Encryption electronically scrambles the data stream between your computer and our server. This minimizes the risk that outside parties will alter or view information being transmitted. You must be using a browser with 128-bit encryption to access this site.
  2. Firewalls are a combination of hardware and software designed to securely separate the outside world from our internal computer systems and database.

E-mail should never be used to send confidential information. Our encryption system does not function on e-mail.
