Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region has released the 2004 Stock Status Report on Cod in Subdivision 3Ps.
The report can be accessed through the following website:

The 2004 Stock Status Report is based on peer-reviewed surveys and information provided through the Regional Assessment Process.
