The mandate of Queens Quay West Land Corporation (QQWLC) is to manage and dispose of certain federal properties in the Toronto waterfront area. The remaining properties are a parking garage, three waterslips and subsurface rights beneath a parking lot owned by the City of Toronto. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is the custodian of the federal properties. QQWLC is to dissolve once remaining properties have been disposed of and any outstanding issues resolved.
