Welcome to the Office Accommodation Services Reporting On-Line (OASRep On-Line) Web site.

This site provides access to the Reporting Portal where users can find a variety of Real Property business information, including OASRep On-Line reports. The portal integrates Cognos reporting tools, which have been customized to meet all of your business requirements.

As a member of your department's Real Property Management Team or of PWGSC Real Property Service Integration Team (SIT), whether you are a power user or a casual user, OASRep On-Line reports provide you with the real property information you need to make better, more informed business decisions.

By using OASRep On-Line on the portal, you can:

• Generate up-to-date real property business reports that can help you with the budgeting and forecasting of your department's accommodation needs.
• Schedule daily updates and keep the reports refreshed with timely and accurate information directly from the Real Property source systems, such as the Occupancy Instrument System (OIS) and the Tenant Accommodation Demand System (TADS).
• View reports online, print them, and save them on the portal or locally on your computer.

Not only is OASRep On-Line informative, but it's easy to use. Valuable information will be at your fingertips. To get started, simply request a user ID and password to access the OASRep On-Line reports.

Access the portal and the OASRep On-Line reports through your Web browser. There is no software to install or database connection to set up. To obtain an account, fill out and submit the Account Request Form.
