The Way Forward is a wide-ranging strategy led by PWGSC to find innovative ways to deliver services smarter, faster and at reduced cost, and to improve how the Government of Canada does business. We are committed to improving the management of PWGSC, based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and the highest ethical conduct in how we do business.
The Way Forward focuses on increasing efficiencies in three key areas: procurement, property management, and information technology. In addition, PWGSC is leading the government's efforts to green its operations and contribute to its sustainable development agenda.
