Do you have what it takes to become a Snow Angel? The City of Hamilton and Volunteer Hamilton are introducing a new snow removal program to assist low income seniors and disabled residents clear snow from walkways around their homes. Volunteers are being asked to sign-up now to become a Snow Angel. Residents who feel they may qualify for the services of a Snow Angel are also being encouraged to register for the program. To register as a Snow Angel or to register for assistance from a Snow Angel call 905 523-1910, or visit www.volunteerhamilton.on.ca.

Beginning on Thursday January 12, 2006, Mayor Di Ianni is inviting Hamiltonians to come and meet with him at informal bi-monthly meetings that will be held on the second and fourth Thursday of every month from 8 - 9 a.m. at Hamilton City Hall. Meetings will also be scheduled in Ancaster, Dundas, Glanbrook and Stoney Creek as demand dictates.
