OPAT First Time User

Two versions of the OPAT system can be used (User Guide):

1. A system that uses interactive maps to visually display the location of Oceans Program Activities within an oceans context. To view the graphical interface, the Autodesk MapGuide^® downloadable plug-in (free) is required. The following browser systems support the required plug-in:
   • Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or later (Download)
   • Netscape Navigator 4.x or later (Download)
   • Any Apple^® Macintosh^® or Sun^® Solaris^® system – Java Edition (Download)
2. A non-graphical, text-based version of OPAT with broad-based search functionality is available to all users regardless of their available technology. Users with accessability issues or accessing OPAT via browsers other than the three listed above should use the text-based version of the system.

Autodesk MapGuide^® Plug-in

To download Plug-in:

• Download Autodesk MapGuide^® Viewer - Click on the appropriate file below. Be sure to remember what directory you saved this file to.
• Install Viewer - Open Windows Explorer or File Manager and locate the file you've just downloaded. Once found, double-click the .EXE file to install the Autodesk MapGuide^® Viewer.
• Restart Browser - Once the Autodesk MapGuide^® Viewer installation is complete, quit and restart your web browser.
