Nutmeg in Grenada An action plan to revive Grenada’s nutmeg industry was presented by Commonwealth Deputy Secretary-General Winston Cox to the country’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture Gregory Bowen at a meeting in the capital, St George’s, on 25 January 2006.
