Copies of Canadian trade-mark documents are available from the Canadian Intellectual Property
Office (CIPO) Reproduction & Sales Section. As indicated in our Client Service Standards,
requests are generally processed within 2 to 5 working days. All fees include handling charges
via regular mail. Orders requiring other methods of delivery will be the responsibility of the client.

Trade-mark Documents
Current fee in force up to December 31, 2003
Orders under 4 pages (related to the same document) $2.00 flat rate
Orders exceeding 5 pages (related to same document) @ $0.50 per page
New fee in force starting January 1, 2004
$1.00 per page - All documents
Certified Copies
For each Certificate $35.00
Plus related documents (correspondence) @ $1.00 per page
