What is ON-SITE

A program that matches Canadian firms and institutions with university or college graduates in a range of disciplines - for up to six months - at low cost.
Employers identify new projects in the following fields:

. Environmental management
. Energy management
. Applying information technology
. Export development
. Occupational health and safety
. Quality management

ON-SITE provides pre-selected candidates to interview and hire.

getimprovements in efficiency, competitiveness and productivity, and the opportunity to "try out" a new employee (more than a third hire on their project worker at the end of the placement)
