Establishments primarily engaged in the following activities are excluded: - finishing clothing not made in the same establishment (NAICS 313, Textile Mills);
- embroidering clothing not made in the same establishment (NAICS 314, Textile Product Mills);
- printing on articles of clothing not made in the same establishment (NAICS 323, Printing and Related Support Activities); and
- manufacturing safety clothing (NAICS 339, Miscellaneous Manufacturing).
