Standards Council of Canada (SCC)
The SCC has the mandate to coordinate and oversee the efforts of the National Standards System, which includes organizations and individuals involved in voluntary standards development, promotion and implementation in Canada.

Construction Specifications Canada
Multidisciplinary, non-profit association dedicated to the improvement of communication, contract documentation and technical information in the Construction Industry. To this end CSC pursues the study of systems and procedures which will improve the co-ordination and dissemination of documentation relevant to the construction process.

Canadian Codes Centre (CCC)
Provides secretarial and technical support to the Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes (CCBFC) and its related committee operations, which are responsible for the national model building codes of Canada.

Commission de la construction du Québec
The CCQ is responsible for applying the Act respecting labour relations vocational training and manpower management in the construction industry (chapter R-20) and its main clientele is composed of firms and workers in the construction industry and their families-several hundred thousand people.The industry's employers and work force provide the majority of the agency's funding.

Canadian Standards Association
As a solutions-oriented organization, work in Canada and around the world to develop standards that address real needs, such as enhancing public safety and health. Advancing the quality of life. Helping to preserve the environment. Facilitating trade.

Association française de normalisation
State-approved organization, placed under the supervision of the Ministry Industry. It pilots and coordinates the preparation of standards; represents and defends French interests within all standardization bodies; approves standards; promotes and facilitates the use of standards; develops NF certification and products, services and systems certification. Interamerican Accreditation Cooperation (IAAC)
The aim of IAAC is to promote International Acceptance of Accreditation granted by the Accreditation Member Bodies, based on equivalence of operation of their accreditation system and their respective programmes, within the international accreditation framework, and in co-operation with other regional groups of Accreditation Member Bodies, as well as to promote international acceptance of certificates of conformity and the results of testing and calibration issued by duly accredited conformity assessment organizations.
