His work during this time at IDRC has been 1) at the technical grant project administration level, in the areas of water resources management, hydrogeology, mine waste disposal, small dam planning and construction, and human resource development; and 2) at the corporate administration level in grant processing, legal and financial monitoring of the grant portfolio, and grant information system upkeep.
