Telecentres Driving Development: Interview with Mark Surman 2005-12
On 17 November 2005, at the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) in Tunis, Tunisia, telecentre.org, a new collaborative initiative of IDRC, Microsoft Corporation, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, was launched. Mark Surman, telecentre.org's managing director, speaks about his experience in Tunis.
