Student Employment Program 2006


List of positions
 
IDRC's Student Employment Program (SEP 2006)  provides an opportunity for college and university students to learn the operations of IDRC, and acquire relevant  work experience through on-the-job training.  Click here for the SEP eligibility and requirements.
 
You are allowed to apply for a maximum of two (2) student positions. YOU MUST indicate the reference # of the position(s) for which you are applying for.  If the reference # is not indicated, your application will not be considered for the Program.  You must also submit your application for each position you would like to apply for.
 

Please use only one method to submit your application.
Closing date: 3 February 2006.

Q : Which documents should I send with my application? [#1]
A : - A cover letter (optional)
- An up-to-date copy of your curriculum vitae
- A copy of your most recent transcript

***You must indicate the job reference number you are applying for on your application.



Q : Must I submit an official transcript at the time of my application? [#2]
A : You can send a photocopy of your transcript separately, however, if you are called for an interview, you must present an official transcript.



Q : What is the recommended method of submitting my application? [#3]
A : We recommend that you e-mail your application to SEP@idrc.ca. Don’t forget to include the job reference number in your e-mail.



Q : Must I submit a cv for each job I am interested in? [#4]
A : Yes, you must send a cv for each job you are interested in. Please note that you can apply to a maximum two (2) positions.



Q : Quels documents dois-je fournir au moment de soumettre ma candidature? [#5]
A : - Une lettre de présentation (optionnel)
- Une copie à jour de votre curriculum vitae
- Une copie de votre plus récent relevé de note



Q : Dois-je soumettre une copie officielle de mon relevé de notes au moment de soumettre ma candidature? [#6]
A : Vous pouvez nous faire parvenir une photocopie de votre relevé de note séparément. Par contre, si vous êtes invités à une entrevue, vous devrez avoir en main votre relevé de note officiel.



Q : Quelle méthode recommandez-vous pour soumettre sa candidature? [#7]
A : Par courriel à SEP@crdi.ca. N’oubliez pas d’inclure le # de référence de l’emploi à votre courriel.



Q : Est-ce que je dois soumettre mon cv pour chaque emploi dont je veux soumettre une candidature? [#8]
A : Oui, vous devez envoyer votre cv pour chaque emploi en y indiquant le # de référence de l’emploi. Veuillez noter que vous pouvez seulement postuler pour un maximum de deux (2) emplois.
