Russian Launch of Smoke and Mirrors

Research for International Tobacco Control
The Russian version of Smoke and Mirrors: The Canadian Tobacco War, published by the International Development Research Centre, was launched by the Russian Public Health Foundation (RPHA) at an event surrounding World No Tobacco Day on May 31, 2001, in Moscow. This book will help in translating the Canadian tobacco control experiences to the Russian-speaking audience of Central and Eastern Europe. Funding for the translation of this book was provided by the Canadian International Development Agency. The full text version will soon be available on RPHA’s website.
