Linda MacWillie, Executive Assistant to the Director of Innovation, Policy and Science (IPS), has nearly twenty-five years of experience at IDRC, mainly in the legal and grant administration areas. Her career highlight was working on the CIDA-funded South Africa-Canada Programme on Governance project from 1996-2000, which was administered from IDRC’s former Regional Office for Southern Africa in Johannesburg.
