This updated overview, written in plain language, provides information about security problems, available technologies and possible solutions.
- Service Providers — SMEs needed a reliable source of Canadian providers able to understand their needs and concerns. This is why Industry Canada keeps an up-to-date directory of Electronic Commerce Technology Suppliers. In addition, ebiz.enable provides you with information on How to Choose an Internet Service Provider and a List of e-Business Suppliers.
About the Toolkit and the Roundtable
The original version of the Toolkit was developed as part of the Canadian e-Business Opportunities Roundtable and hosted on ebiz.enable. Its different components have since been incorporated into the various sections of ebiz.enable for the use of Canadian SMEs.
The Roundtable was composed of representatives from the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and various players from the public and private sectors.
