Program administration

Laws, policies, and regulations are part of our work at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). We employ a large number of people in a variety of ways that include:
  • fair administration of laws concerning the assessment and collection of taxes and levies
  • information that's easily understood and accessible on rights and obligations in the laws
  • recourse rights for individual and commercial taxpayers who disagree with an assessment or other ruling.
