Continuous learning

The CRA encourages continuous learning and is committed to developing and maintaining a high level of expertise among employees. Our tools include:

• The Learning Site is available to all employees with desktop computers. It includes online tutorials, information on other learning products and courses (internal and external), reference materials such as job aids and tools, tips for employee learning, and online conferences and classes.
• For employees who want to upgrade or acquire new knowledge and skills related to career goals and departmental priorities, the Educational Assistance Policy is available.
• Formal training and development programs include the Internal Recruitment Apprenticeship Program for information technology specialists and the Middle Management Development Program.
