Notes:

SM: The minimum of the SM level is based on the minimum of the PM-6 level. The maximum of the SM level is the maximum of the MG-06-AFS level, or 89% of the EX-1 maximum, whichever is higher.

EX-1/IT: The minimum of the EX-1/IT level is the minimum of the EX-1 range. The maximum EX-1/IT level is the maximum of the CS-5, excluding terminable allowance, or the maximum of the EX-1 range, whichever is higher.

As of April 1, 2003, SM rates will be 92,488, SM GTA (audit) rates will be 96,292 and EX 1/IT rates will be 107,315. These rates will be implemented after completion of the pay at risk cycle, expected to be by the end of June 03. When implemented, they will be retroactive to April 1, 2003.
