Pay Notes
(1) An MM-01 employee moves to the MM-02 level after 18 months in the program, to the MM-03 1st step after 36 months, to MM-03 2nd step after 48 months and MM-03 3rd step after 60 months in the MTP program.
(2) The nominal maximum of the MM-03 is equal to that of the CO-02 maximum, but participants actual salary is limited to the 60th months increment while the program and the MM-03 group.
Note -- You also have the MM-AIO-00 (Ab-Initio) non employees (Bud Code 90584 and 99400 prior to 01-11-99) which are based at 80% of the MM-01 rates and the same dates apply.
