RIC-16 - Professional Radio Operator's Certificates

Canada issued its first Commercial Radio Operator's Certificate in 1912. Over the years, we have created a number of different certificates to provide the specific expertise that was needed at the time. We have now again come to a crossroads in the certificate requirements, and this document will outline the changes and how they are being implemented.
