An ERC is a walk-in service providing self-search job search tools such as access to computers, internet, fax, photocopier, telephone, job listings, labour market and career-related information, workshops, resumé help, and information on other community resources.
If you are unemployed, the EAC will help you plan your most effective route to employment. The EAC will work one-on-one with you to assess your employment needs, which could include developing your career goals, assessing your training needs and/or supporting your job search.
