February 2001

The Climate Change Challenge (CCC) is a pilot project being delivered to selected schools in Alberta and New Brunswick. The goal is to engage teachers and students in an educational activity designed to increase awareness, knowledge and action on climate change, energy efficiency, and related topics. Northern Canadians are working together to address climate change.  The NWT Public Education and Outreach Hub for Climate Change Information is now open, bringing together partners from government, business, environmental organizations and communities to better coordinate their efforts to increase awareness of climate change and encourage action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
