Access to Information and Privacy Community Meetings for 2003-2004

The following dates and locations have been confirmed for the fall/winter/spring ATIP Community Meetings. They are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. until noon at the Government Conference Centre, 2 Rideau Street, Ottawa, Ontario as follows:

September 23, 2003 – Centennial Room, 5th Floor

November 18, 2003 - Rideau Room, 5th Floor

January 20, 2004 - Annex Room, 1st Floor

March 23, 2004 - Sussex Room, 1st Floor

May 27, 2004 – Annex Room, 1st Floor

ATIP community meetings are intended to bring to the attention of the community important issues that will have a significant impact on access and privacy. The attendance of at least one representative from each institution is therefore strongly encouraged.

Please inform us if any changes to the ATIP Coordinator (ex: Name, address, telephone, fax or e-mail) for update. Send to Colette Dubois at Dubois.Colette@tbs-sct.gc.ca or by fax at (613) 952-7287.

Any suggestions that you have for agenda items for future meetings would be appreciated.

The agenda for September 23, 2003 will be forwarded under separate cover.
