Co-op and Internship program Request for Referrals form
Although each educational institution has its own procedures, for convenience,
departments can use the PSC's Request for Referrals form (PSC
2028).
Co-op and Internship program Application for Employment form
The PSC has developed a standard Application for Employment form (PSC
3283) to ensure that all the pertinent information is captured.
Departments may specify that students use this form when applying for
federal government Co-op/Internship opportunities.
