Canada Pension Plan Statement of Contributions

This online service allows you to view and print your Canada Pension Plan (CPP) Statement of Contributions. Your Statement of Contributions contains a history of your earnings and contributions to the CPP, as well as estimates for any CPP benefits you may be eligible to receive.

To use this online service, you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age;
  • have contributed to the CPP;
  • use a computer that meets our minimum computer requirements;
  • provide your Social Insurance Number, first name, last name, date of birth, and your mother's last name at her birth; and
  • have a personal access code. Your Personal Access Code is required to login to this service.
Please note: You must provide your Personal Access Code each time you login. The personal access code is only used to login to online services. Do not include it in any written correspondence with the Department.

Security Warning: If you are using this service on a shared computer in a public area (i.e. public kiosk or library), please ensure that you do not leave the computer unattended while accessing this service and always log out before you leave. These precautions ensure that no one else can access any personal information you may have entered.

Exceptions

If you or your former spouse/common-law partner contributed to the Quebec Pension Plan (QPP) and split your QPP credits for any of the year(s) covered in the Statement of Contributions, your accurate earnings information and benefit estimates cannot be displayed online.

In order to obtain this information you can request a printed Statement of Contributions or you can contact us.

If any of the following situations apply to you, please contact the Régie des rentes du Québec World Wide Web site for more information:

  • you have worked only in the province of Quebec; or
  • you currently live in Quebec and have worked both in the province of Quebec and in another province.
