- Signatures from an eligible guarantor on the application form and on one of your photos.
- Original proof of immigration status in Canada.
- Any valid or expired passports or travel documents (originals only).
- Documents to support your identity
If you submit original supporting documents, they will be returned to you. If you are submitting photocopies, your guarantor must sign and date the photocopies to indicate that the originals have been seen.
- A copy of the official receipt for fees paid (IMM 5401) if you have applied for Canadian citizenship.
- The appropriate fee.
- BOTH labels completed.
Note:
Each application is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Additional information and documentation may be requested of you.
