Disability Advisory Committee
The Disability Advisory Committee was appointed in July 2005 by the Minister of National Revenue to deal with the administrative aspects of the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) and the achievement of the recommendations made by the Technical Advisory Committee on Tax Measures for Persons with Disabilities (TAC).
Social Development Canada
The Social Development Canada Web site has an online service called Tax Information Slips, which allows you to view and print copies of your Old Age Security and Canada Pension Plan tax information slips.

Technical Advisory Committee on Tax Measures for Persons with Disabilities
