Description

The distribution for the two moisture aspects of Thornthwaite's climate classification system is portrayed: moisture regions shown as coloured areas representing six moist and three dry climates; and seasonal variation of effective moisture shown as linework indicating dry periods in moist climates and moist periods in dry climates.
