Application Package
Before completing an application, review the funding priorities for your province or territory. Contact us before submitting your application if you have any questions or would like to discuss your project ideas with us.
Consult the Application Guidelines for information on how to properly complete your application form. You can download the new application form in your choice of one the following formats:
- MS Word format (822 KB)
This format can be filled out online, saved and printed.
- PDF format (84 KB)
This format can be printed and completed by hand. To download and print PDF files, use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. 
- RTF format (25,148 KB)
For people who cannot open Word documents - This form can also be saved to your computer, filled out, and printed. Please be patient as it may take a few minutes to load and save.
Be sure to mail your application to the mailing address identified for your province or territory.
Application Deadlines
The application deadlines may vary in each province and territory. Applications postmarked after the deadline will not be considered for funding.
Before submitting your proposal, check the application deadlines for your province or territory in the Call for Applications.
