Who are we?

The Competition Bureau's law enforcement team ensures that Canadians enjoy the benefits of competitive prices, product choice and quality service. It's responsible for enforcing the Competition Act, the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act, the Textile Labelling Act and the Precious Metals Marking Act.
