RIVIÈRE-DU-LOUP, QUEBEC—Ken Dryden, Minister of Social Development, accompanied by Claude Béchard, Quebec Minister of Employment, Social Solidarity and Family Welfare, visits the sorting office of the Société V.I.A. Inc. during the announcement of $440,932 in funding by the Government of Canada for the Centre-Ressources pour la Vie Autonome, Région Bas-Saint-Laurent.
