Minister of Social Development Ken Dryden and Nova Scotia's Minister of Community Services, David Morse, sign an historic Agreement in Principle that further supports the development of quality early learning and child care for young children and their families. Prime Minister Paul Martin and Premier of Nova Scotia John Hamm were also present.

HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA—Minister of Social Development Ken Dryden and Nova Scotia's Minister of Community Services, David Morse, sign an historic Agreement in Principle that further supports the development of quality early learning and child care for young children and their families.
