About the Site
Our site offers:
- Forms that will allow you to take advantage of the many services offered by the Government of Canada
- Forms that you download, print and complete by hand
- Forms that are compatible with a wide variety of printers because they have been prepared using Adobe Corporation's Portable Document Format (PDF). The How to Download button to the left of this page provides more information about using this format.
Our forms are accessible to individuals using the Acrobat 3.0 or newer software and are intended to be printed and completed by hand. Anyone who is able to complete a traditional paper form will be able to use the forms provided on this site. However, though our site strives to accommodate all types and versions of browsers, some viewing problems can occur when using older software. As such, it should be noted that certain adaptive technologies such as screen readers will not be able to accurately interpret the PDF images of the forms.
Each form entry includes:
- The official title of the form.
- The official form number for those who know this information and are looking for a form by number.
- A brief description of the purpose of the form.
- The File Size of the Form: This is the size in kilobytes (Kb) of the electronic file. This information will give you an indication of how long the form may take to download onto your computer.
- The Number of Pages of the form.
- The Paper Size needed to print the form. This information is included to identify the physical size of the form. Although we have tried to provide forms that are as easy as possible to use and print, some of them will need to be printed on legal size paper (8 ½" X 14"). Most only require standard 8 ½" X 11" paper.
- Returning the Form
