Citizenship - Useful Information

Applications made by persons who are not Canadian citizens are accepted.

However, if there are sufficient qualified applicants who are Canadian citizens, the selection will be confined to these applicants.

Should non Canadians be considered, appointments will be made in the following order:

1. Canadian Veteran
2. Widower or widow of a Canadian Veteran
3. Canadian citizen
4. Persons not belonging to the previous groups.
