CTA Home : Air Transportation : Agreements AgreementsThe Licensing, Charters and Agreements Directorate of the Air and Accessible Transportation Branch of the Canadian Transportation Agency produces a Bilateral Air Relations Report which is a reference document containing information about bilateral air services agreements, international air services operated and bilateral discussions between governments on civil air transportation matters. The report indicates the traffic rights that may be exercised by designated airlines under air agreements or other bilateral instruments and the routes operated by such air carriers. As a result of the dynamic nature of the air industry and the varying requirements of governments and air carriers, agreements and understandings governing air relations are continuously in a state of change and development.
