$47,046 per annum (salary range effective June 2005).

VACATION

3 weeks (15 working days).

SICK LEAVE ENTITLEMENT

Sick leave entitlement is credited at the rate of 1.25 days per month.

BENEFITS

Following completion of the one year clerkship term, law clerks are permitted to take 12 months leave without pay. During this period of leave without pay, the law clerks remain eligible to apply for legal advisory and other positions open only to employees of the Federal Public Service.

RELOCATION

Lump sum allowance based on the distance of relocation and the number of dependants.
