Delivery Programs
There are many federal government technology advancement programs – delivery programs – that focus on different areas of technological innovation. Only projects that have been approved by one of these delivery programs can be eligible for TEAM funding.
If a project that is approved under a delivery program has the potential to contribute significant GHG reductions, the program can recommend the project to TEAM. If approved, TEAM may contribute up to 75 percent of the total amount of federal government funding contributions to the project – the delivery programs would provide additional financing and management resources.
Seven federal government departments and agencies operate delivery programs that recommend projects for TEAM funding. Certain regional development agencies also make recommendations for TEAM projects.
