Canada.
These universities, colleges and research institutes contribute
essential elements of the NCE foundation, including:
- The salaries of the academic researchers;
- Research facilities;
- Support for network administration; and
- A unique pool of human-resources – students and postdoctoral
fellows to be trained by the networks.
