GUIDELINES 335 - FLEET MANAGEMENT

Why was the policy changed?

A technical amendment has been made to paragraphs 9.1 and 9.2 a of Guidelines 335 - Fleet Management to clarify the requirement around driving history for those using CSC vehicles.

What has changed?

Paragraphs 9.1 and 9.2 a of the Guidelines have been amended to specify that in the case of CSC employees, a Site Fleet Manager may require their driving record, and that volunteers shall provide their driving record to the Site Fleet Manager.

How was it developed?

EXCOM directed the change following regional feedback through the Management Control Framework.
