Budget 2005: WD Expenditure Review Initiatives


In December 2003, the Prime Minister established the Expenditure Review Committee as part of a series of initiatives designed to strengthen the government's financial management and accountability. WD has contributed nearly $35 million in savings over the next five years to this exercise, as outlined in the following chart. .
