(Corner of Gamelin Boulevard and the Gatineau Parkway)
Whether you’re looking for information on wildlife, plants or attractions in the Parkway area, or you simply want to get away from the city and enjoy a favourite sport, this is a good place to start.
From June to mid-October, information officers are available to answer your questions. Check out the interpretation panels, which present the many facets of the Park. You can discover the heritage and forest diversity of Gatineau Park by exploring the 1.3 kilometre self-guiding Pioneer Trail. Take advantage of the large parking lot to start your adventure in the Park close to the city — whether you go on foot, on a bike or on skis.
The Welcome Area is the ideal departure point for a bike ride on Sunday Bikedays
