With respect to the Citadel in Quebec City, the ACORC provides advice to Public Works and Government Services Canada as the custodian of that official residence.

Honoured by Canadian House and Home in January 2000, interior designer Mr. Brisset has been working for more than 25 years in residential and corporate design. A graduate of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts School of Art, he has done projects in Paris, Hong Kong and Palm Springs. In 1995, the federal government hired him to design conference rooms for the G7 summit in Halifax. He is currently working on designs for several private homes and a large number of offices.

Ms. Hall is the current Director of Canadian Heritage for Newfoundland and Labrador. For 10 years before that, she served as a District Superintendent for Parks Canada, first in Prince Edward Island, then in Newfoundland, overseeing the national parks and national historic sites of those provinces. She was a member of the NCC's Advisory Committee on Marketing and Programming from 1988 to 1993, and served as its chair for the last year of her tenure. She sits on the board of the Tourism Industry Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, and was a founding member of The First Nations Trust Fund; she is the founding president of her province's chapter of the Association of Professional Executives. In 2002, Ms. Hall received the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal.

Mr. Perrier has been involved with the official residences since his days as Assistant Deputy Minister at Public Works Canada, where he was responsible for the management, acquisition and disposal of federal properties. Following his retirement in 1987, he became an advisor to the Speaker of the Senate on matters of accommodation. He was a founding member of La Société de diversification économique de l’Outaouais and an administrator for the provincial corporation that managed the Olympic facilities in Montréal.

Mr. Sauvé is responsible for Private Banking for the Pictet Group in North America, as Executive Vice President of Pictet Canada L.P. and as President of Investment Advisor Services for Pictet Overseas Inc. After obtaining his MBA from INSEAD in France in 1987, he began his career in Toronto with the Investment Banking Department of Scotia Capital Markets, where he became a Director of the Corporate and Government Finance Department. Mr. Sauvé is the president of the Jeanne Sauvé Foundation and director of many charitable fundraising campaigns and cultural and social organizations.
