National Capital Commission
Canada

Since 2001, the NCC has organized an annual public meeting (APM). This meeting is an opportunity for the public to make a real contribution to the activities of the NCC.

The APM makes members of the NCC’s board of directors more accessible to residents and fosters a greater understanding of NCC activities and decisions. During the meeting, members of the public can address their comments and questions directly to the board.

In addition, the APM aims to share information about the NCC’s work and to promote cooperation and collaboration between local residents and all levels of government on matters concerning the National Capital Region.
